GOP Plan to Hurt Economy

Huffington Post reports that ABC reports that:
A Goldman Sachs economist has warned that the $60 billion package of spending cuts proposed by the Republicans to counter President Obama's proposal could slow economic growth.

[Bucking Beck and Bank for the Buck?
As I passed on to MoveOn the one thing that needs to be known.]

WISCONSIN UPDATE:
I'm not going to make a big production out of this but I see it differently than Ed Schultz**, who wants to hold Obama to his word about "comfortable shoes" and the picket line campaign rhetoric. I believe that circomstances are above and beyond the original scenario and he will be dealing with it more like Libya, behind the scenes and strategically and with everything at his disposal from a big picture perspective. That is not at all to use a violent analogy, only one within the bounds of his responsibilities and the law.

Before the straw that broke the camels back* and I almost violated my original intent here, I will simply add one (or two) more link.

* a computer or blog-spot glitch wiped out a more complete draft regarding mixed metaphor and big productions(original intent)

** loved his passion and intent though

The Anti-Cheney

Thanks to Thom Hartmann and Ellen Ratner for giving me this lede for my earlier mention.
But seriously, the appointment of Elizabeth Warren to her new position is similar to Cheney being selected to select the vice-president for George Bush. Whether she could be confirmed or even wants the job, this may be a better placement, effectively and politically. This is heavily linked and only lightly read*, but I think that she will have the power to coordinate the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Who are they calling

Economists? Or what the bleap-
do we know? (or they? Post-Laughing Stockman.)

And speaking of who's calling it? Whose thumbing it?

[Speaking of append-ages.]
[anachron(plug)istas]
[Yesterday Norman Goldman sat in for Ed Schultz and today it was Jack Rice, so I plug the former into anacron()ista which I had to see if I had coined. Meanwhile, to Jack: Afganistan, corruption and incompetence, capitalism and diplomacy*, naivete and too cunning by half, what's new, and what's knew, and won can ponder.]
* morphed(well, not exactly**) cover word: governance, governing, bottom line, the people, think globally, act locally.(OK, this is less than circumspect, but the key words R "warlords" and "tribal" culture. See the drift?

The Nation's New 4mat? Yeah, that's the ticket!
Tangent? Or see can't, or inverse of a co-sign?* Even a google of Charle Pride** found same.

* pardon my trig, it was "water cooler" sourced.

** A metaphor for America, diplomacy and justice

[In balance not necessarily a relationship. The particulars are different but is seems that there is a two for one[***] style, Obama if you will, that works in different system. There are dimensional differences in the branches and partisanship of the way we have evolved from the British, that ironically may be 4shadowed in theTea Party/Brown wavering.]

*** sound words that do not necessarily cross the Red C or Atlantic. The more dimensions? The Paul/Sanders Fed Audit Bill, the Palin/Paul Tea Party gap, the Democrat/Liberal dialogue 4knot?

Case Study

Headlines under question(marks)!
Some filter so other don't have to?
Please read, as I haven't yet.

CAUTION: Sarcasm warning! Or as "some people" might say "nuance"? Or was that missed metaphors* or hypocrisy or as I noted "equivalence"** as a challenge in this revolving rhetorical not revolutionary world?

* more likely sloppy punctuation, or logic and grammar?
SUBSET OF CAUTION: I make no equivalence, Google found these Trivium, and the punc is likely too heavy metal or irony?

** just posted "saved in draft"

[There are deeper and lighter case studies, but they are under investigation if not pending prosecution.]

[No Teaser but Prophetic? But dig that Newsweek "V" of triumvirates, the deck of emergence is at least missing the "mark"(?) as in Rand(y) Childish Partiers. I used to be overly sceptical(and ahead of the curve) in the area of Mainstream Media, especially more so in print(I won't mention the big 3) but their first initials are N,T & U or is it nuts? But they are just playing to the market yet the fair-E tale is always in the making. All on deck, even if you have a couple(decks) or are missing a few cards, they just might be only the jokers.]

Between I Rock and a Hard Place

I don't know which is which but at least there is a fight.(or vice verse us)
There has been much silliness out there, but the message from Massachusetts seems to be about the lack of change.

Obama aside(I think he will get it and in fact has a message), people are not as incremental and pragmatic or nuanced, and independents and moderates, not to mention the Democratic base feel left behind.

Rather than blogOn, I will leave this as framed.

[On the other hand or rock or hard place...or nuanced might be the proper place to mirror*: a fair and balanced fight, and no faux crack.(TPM:Obama/Hardball:Dean/The Nation:Greider)(See labels and comment).]

*oops- see "framed" for hard place.

Noble, No Bell, Nobel

It was no dynomite for some, nor Hopenhagen.

[Comment above posting on 12-14-09..Originally held in draft 12-11-09 continue as AMENDED here:
Obama's Nobel Lecture; MSNBC, Part I, Part II, Part III, Part IV, Jon Stewart , If Only[**]. ]

[Rounding it out: Obama Doctrine*, If Only, Great Debates, Values: to boldly go wagering "hard work" ]
[EarlierWest PointSpeech: just in case]

* "If Only" this link were followed by...(ribble?)following the Obama Doctrine and wagering Peace. "If Only" duplicity hints at Asterisk Trek, or the star power of words. Do not confuse the just with the jest.

[For future and path, consideration.]

[See 1st comment: PEACE! Get 'er done! Not pieces, get err done. On the other hand...]

[** 12-15-09 UPDATE: Arianna Huffington aggrees with Sarah Palin? Only in Con Text which is out of context, meaning what opinion makers so easily do by selecting their snippets. Neither Palin nor Bush would have been able give this speech and put war in context, but taking it out of context, there could be no difference.]

Update: Bailout

Bubble bursting. Did I call it? Not exactly.

Funny how links or searches work or miss. There is a conspicuous absence of some players.

More than psychologicaL...

but part of it for now.
Obama begins treatment of the economy.
Previous claims of mental depression.
McCain/Gramm syndrome dealt with.

[On the other hand: Trickle-Down Bailout Continues.]

[There is only one psychologist at a time. But Obama must be semi-engaged and Bush must acknowledge his part, not that this means that the Citigroup move was crazy. Until the transition is complete there is a good reason for this cross between a tug-a-war and teeter-totter. Can we say legacy? Bailout is a misnomer except as a metaphor for a rising tide that doesn't lift all boats and just who is the bailer or bailee of the trickle-down [*].]
